Taking our client into pastures new...

Our client, Linnell Bros Ltd, is a well-known timber merchant serving customers throughout the Midlands and the South of England. A family-run business with a proud, 200 year track record, Linnell’s has recently moved to a new purpose-built headquarters, part of an eight acre site near the village of Silverstone, Northants.

With a comprehensive trade counter on-site, the company has recently enjoyed a significant increase in customer traffic. An opportunity was identified to set up a Countrywear shop on site, to serve the company’s customer base which comprises a high percentage of businesses and individuals in the equestrian, farming, landscaping and construction sectors.

Having already provided Linnell Bros with expertise in the B2B sector, we were called upon to help the company build and run an e-shop to support the new Countrywear business.

Our involvement in this project has covered:
•  Initial design and build of the e-Shop
•  Subsequent management and updating of key functions
•  Staff training and provision of user manual
•  Ongoing performance analysis and SEO (commencing 2011). Initial results have been •  promising with orders from all over the UK and Europe.
